Beautiful craft, feels like thoughtfully made, good packaging, survived the shipping very well, fast delivery, very kind contact and quick response when messaging, and a little gift inside the package which I absolutely love! Less plastic in the packaging would be nice though, and the shade of my amber tree is quite light compared to the feathers (not very well visible on the pictures, but it's actually yellow), but I still love it!

It's a beautiful item and delivery was as expected. The only reason I gave 4 stars for item quality is because it's a little more teal than blue, not as deep a blue as on the photo. Which I understand could be the way the photo is, I was just expecting it to be more of a blue color. It's still a beautiful item and I am very happy with it🙂
