Refund policy

At In Whispers, each item is carefully selected or handmade with intention and care. Because many of our products are delicate, spiritual, or personal in nature, please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible physical items.

To qualify for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in its original condition;
  • the item must be returned in its original packaging;
  • proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • opened tarot or oracle card decks;
  • used candles;
  • custom or personalized items;
  • digital products or spiritual services (if applicable);
  • sale or clearance items.

Due to hygiene and energetic sensitivity, spiritual products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • clear photos of the item and packaging;
  • a description of the issue.

We may offer:

  • a replacement;
  • store credit;
  • or a refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 6–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.


Lost Packages

In Whispers is not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels, or customs delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

However, if your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by their country.

In Whispers is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Handmade Product Disclaimer

Many of our products are handmade or created using natural materials. Slight variations in color, texture, shape, scent, or design are normal and make each piece unique.

These natural variations are not considered defects.
