Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after payment is received.
During holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Handmade and made-to-order items may require additional preparation time.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide.
Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations, carrier restrictions, or delivery conditions in certain countries.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as general guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Canada: 3–10 business days
- United States: 5–15 business days
- International: 1–6 weeks
Delivery times may vary due to:
- customs processing;
- carrier delays;
- weather conditions;
- holidays;
- local postal services.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using:
- Canada Post;
- UPS;
- FedEx;
- DHL;
- or other available carriers.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for:
- customs duties;
- import taxes;
- VAT;
- brokerage fees;
- or other charges required by their country.
In Whispers is not responsible for customs delays or additional import-related fees.
Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us:
- additional shipping fees may apply;
- reshipping is not guaranteed until the package is received back.
In Whispers is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, In Whispers is not responsible for:
- lost packages;
- stolen packages;
- carrier delays;
- delivery issues outside our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local postal service or carrier first.
We will do our best to assist whenever possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number;
- photos of the damaged item;
- photos of the packaging.
Claims submitted without photo evidence may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Handmade Product Notice
Due to the handmade and natural nature of many of our products, slight variations in:
- color;
- texture;
- scent;
- size;
- design,
may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each item.
